Equator EW826 Stackable Washer and Vented Dryer Set

Overview

The Equator EW826 washer and ED852 dryer are a stackable 110V pair sized for RVs, campers and small apartments, with a 15 lb / 1.62 cu ft washer and a 3.5 cu ft vented dryer. Both units can run side by side or stacked, plus a dedicated pet hair cycle and washer memory programs.

Equator built this pair specifically for 110V outlets, which is the detail that matters for RV and 5th wheel owners who cannot run a standard 240V dryer. It will not take a full-size quilt, so it is sized for regular clothing loads rather than bedding.

• Stackable 15 lb washer and 3.5 cu ft vented dryer
• Four memory programs on the washer
• Both units run on standard 110V power
• Child lock for safety during operation

Who it's for

Good fit for RV, 5th wheel and small apartment owners who need a stackable 110V set and do not have room or wiring for full-size laundry appliances. Not suited to households doing large loads or washing bulky items like quilts and comforters.

Pros and cons

Performance notes

The washer offers four memory programs so a household can save its most-used cycles rather than reselecting settings each time, and a pet cycle aimed at pulling out fur. Both units can run at the same time to cut total laundry time, and the dryer periodically reverses spin direction, which several owners credit with reducing wrinkling. A reported control module failure in one unit was resolved through a replacement under warranty.
