Overview
A public rink session or a frozen backyard pond is where these recreational skates belong, with a plush padded liner, rolled collar and split tongue for steady first glides. Stainless Spiral blades come mounted.
Out-of-the-box comfort and a no-maintenance sole remove the usual break-in and care. The light support level means skaters progressing to jumps will outgrow them.
Who it's for
New skaters and those who skate with friends a few times a season get easy comfort. Skaters taking lessons toward jumps need a stiffer boot.
Pros and cons
- Comfortable from the first wear
- No-maintenance PVC outsole
- Beginner-friendly toe picks
- Indoor or outdoor use
- Light support only
- Not for advanced skating
- Blade sharpening needs not listed
Performance notes
Ankle support comes from the boot's stiffness, and a light support level trades control for comfort. Straight-cut toe picks are less likely to catch the ice than aggressive picks.
