Overview
Hezeyferg sells this dumbbell set as a pink matched pair, 11 lbs each for 22 lbs total, with an ABS coated construction rather than bare cast iron.
ABS is a coated plastic shell rather than exposed metal or rubber, which tends to mean a quieter set-down and smoother grip than iron, at the tradeoff of a typically lower weight ceiling than a full iron set. This listing is for one matched pair at a single fixed weight, not an adjustable or stackable system.
- 11 lb each, 22 lb pair total
- ABS coated construction
- Pink colorway
- Sold as a matched two-piece set
Who it's for
Suits home users doing light strength work, toning, or rehab exercises who want a matched pair at a fixed weight. Not for lifters progressing toward heavier loads, since this is one pair with no adjustability.
Pros and cons
- Matched pair at 11 lbs each
- ABS coated construction
- Suited to light home strength or toning work
- Fixed weight, not adjustable
- Lower weight ceiling than iron dumbbells
Performance notes
ABS construction shapes how the dumbbells feel in hand and how they sound if set down on a hard floor, generally quieter and smoother than iron. Each dumbbell in the pair is fixed at 11 lbs, 22 lbs combined, with no way to add plates.
