Overview
This Gzdisbek adjustable dumbbell set, listed under the Adjustable brand, is made from polyethylene, weighs 22 pounds and comes as 8 pieces, sized for building an adjustable dumbbell system.
Adjustable dumbbell sets built from multiple pieces typically pair a handle with stackable plates, letting one pair of handles cover several weight increments instead of buying fixed dumbbells for each step. Polyethylene plates are common on home adjustable sets because they are quieter and gentler on floors than metal.
- 8 piece adjustable set
- 22 lb total listed weight
- Polyethylene construction
- Black color
Who it's for
Fits home lifters who want a range of weights without a rack full of fixed dumbbells. Less suited to anyone needing heavy per hand loads beyond what an 8 piece, 22 pound total set can offer.
Pros and cons
- Adjustable system covers multiple weights from 8 pieces
- Polyethylene plates are quieter than metal on hard floors
- Compact compared to a rack of fixed dumbbells
- 22 pound total weight limits heavy strength work
- Plastic plates may wear differently than metal over time
Performance notes
The 8 piece build points to a handle plus plate adjustable system, and polyethylene plates tend to be quieter and less likely to mark floors than metal versions. At 22 pounds total, the set favors lighter, higher rep training over heavy lifting.
