Bushnell Tour V6 Golf Rangefinder

Overview

Laser ranging electronics, reworked for this release, measure yardage to the flag in Bushnell's Tour series rangefinder. Bushnell calls it the most accurate, consistent and longest ranging laser in that series, and ships it with a carry case.

Range and consistency are what Bushnell sells here, and the battery comes in the box so it works from the first round. What the listing leaves out matters: no slope mode, magnification or vibration feedback is described, so treat it as a plain distance laser.

Who it's for

Golfers who want plain flag distances from a laser built around ranging and consistency get exactly that. Players who rely on slope readings or want a magnetic cart mount should look at a model that lists them.

Pros and cons

Performance notes

Accuracy rests on the laser timing electronics, which Bushnell says were improved for this release. A steady hand and a clear line to the flag decide how fast a reading comes back, since trees behind the pin can return the beam first.
