Overview
Pairing a phone over Bluetooth lets this portable screen run wireless CarPlay or Android Auto, with maps and video apps on a touch display. Sound reaches the car through an FM transmitter or an AUX connection.
It stands in for a built-in smartphone system in a car that has none, which is the reason to consider it. Mirror Link, voice assistants and rear camera input widen its role. The limits are the sound path, an unknown update status and no listed mount.
Who it's for
Owners of older cars with no phone projection can set this up with just a phone and an AUX or FM link. Drivers who want a permanent wired-in install or steering-wheel control should look at a head unit replacement.
Pros and cons
- Wireless CarPlay and Android Auto
- Touchscreen with voice assistant control
- Rear view camera input
- FM transmitter and AUX output
- Camera not shown in the contents
- Software update status listed unknown
- Mounting hardware unspecified
- Audio via FM or AUX only
Performance notes
Projection quality depends on the phone, the Bluetooth link and the screen's own processing. Audio arrives through the FM transmitter or the AUX jack, so sound quality follows the connection chosen rather than the screen. The listed video formats cover common file types for playback.
