Overview
Not a freestanding bag, this Everlast heavy bag hangs from a chain assembly and suits striking arts. The listing describes a synthetic and natural fiber and sand fill with a tough exterior.
The fill is meant to give impact feedback and strike deadening, and a bottom ring adds security. Weight is stated as a number in the title and description that differs from the specs. The listing says bag only, so no stand or gloves are shown.
Who it's for
An adult who trains striking and has a ceiling mount or stand ready. Apartment users without a hanging point, and anyone who needs a verified weight, should check further.
Pros and cons
- Chain assembly included
- Fill gives impact feedback
- Bottom D-ring for security
- Suited to several striking sports
- Weight stated three ways
- Mount not clearly included
- Bag only, no gloves
Performance notes
A hanging bag swings on its chain, so its weight and fill density decide how much it moves after a strike. Sand and fiber fill gives feedback and deadens the blow, and a tough exterior resists wear. A rated mount is essential.
