Overview
A Wi-Fi tuner in this radio pulls stations from the internet once it joins your network, and a separate FM mode picks up local broadcasts without it. A color screen shows stations, radio text and the clock, and stereo speakers play the audio.
The reason to buy is the wide choice of sources, from internet channels to a memory card, in one clock-radio style unit. The limit is the lack of size and power details, and a listing that is mostly feature text.
Who it's for
Picture a bedroom or study where the radio wakes you, plays podcasts and winds down at night. A buyer who needs exact dimensions for a small shelf, or a portable radio, should look at specs first.
Pros and cons
- Internet radio and FM in one
- Many playback sources
- Alarm and sleep timer
- Line out and aux in
- Dimensions are absent
- Speaker power is not given
- Needs Wi-Fi for internet stations
- Streaming app support depends on phone
Performance notes
Internet radio depends on the strength of the Wi-Fi signal and the stability of the station stream. FM reception is local and works without a network, and can show radio text when stations send it. Bluetooth and DLNA turn it into a speaker for phones and media servers.
