Overview
Hall Effect joysticks, built for no dead zone and no drift, sit at the heart of this GameSir controller. A six-axis gyro handles motion aiming, linear motor rumble gives precise feedback, and pressing HOME wakes the Switch.
Drift-resistant sticks and back buttons give it an edge over standard pads for long sessions. It works across Switch, PC and phones, but it is bigger than a Joy-Con.
Who it's for
Players who game on Switch, PC and Steam Deck get one controller with motion, macros and lighting. Kids with small hands may prefer a smaller pad.
Pros and cons
- Programmable back buttons
- Wakes the console
- Works across many platforms
- Rechargeable with cable
- Larger than Joy-Cons
- No NFC listed
- Battery life not stated
Performance notes
Hall Effect sticks read position magnetically rather than through wearing contacts, which is what prevents drift over time. The gyro tracks tilt for aiming in supported games. A voice coil motor delivers sharper vibration than basic rumble.
