Overview
Not a precision dial up scope, the Vanquish is a hunting optic with a second focal plane holdover reticle for quick shots at different ranges. A one piece aluminum tube and sealed construction handle rough weather.
Simple holdovers and a fully transferable lifetime warranty suit hunters who want a dependable scope. Second focal plane holdovers are accurate only at the calibrated power, and eye relief is not listed.
Who it's for
Hunters taking shots from close to moderate distance suit this scope. Precision shooters who need exposed turrets and first focal plane ranging should look elsewhere.
Pros and cons
- Holdover reticle for varied ranges
- Shockproof aluminum tube
- Fogproof and waterproof
- Lens covers included
- Rings not included
- Eye relief not listed
- Holdovers set for one power
Performance notes
In a second focal plane scope, the reticle stays the same size as zoom changes, so holdover marks are accurate only at the designed setting. Sealed O-rings block moisture and fog. A locking diopter holds your eye focus once set.
