GASLAND's PRO GH2304SS is a 30 inch drop-in gas cooktop with four sealed Sabaf burners from Italy, arranged around a 10,300 BTU high output ring plus 7,000 and 4,000 BTU burners. The surface is 304 stainless steel with continuous cast iron grates.
Two features separate this from the cheapest 30 inch cooktops. Every burner has a thermocouple flame failure device that shuts gas off if a flame blows out, and the whole unit carries CSA certification for the US and Canada. The dual fuel kit is included rather than sold separately, so a propane conversion needs no extra parts order.
