Overview
VEVOR's exercise mat comes in sizes from 6'x4' up to 12'x6', a 7mm-thick high-density PVC surface built to cover a home gym, garage or multi-person workout space.
At 2800g per square meter, the PVC is dense enough to sit under a weight bench or absorb footfall from jump rope and HIIT drills, with a circular-textured underside meant to grip carpet, tile or concrete. It ships with a fiber towel, storage bag and three carry straps for rolling it back up after use. One reviewer in a humid basement noted it can stick to the floor if left in one spot too long, though moving it periodically resolved that.
- 7mm thick, high-density PVC construction
- Sizes from 6'x4' up to 12'x6'
- Textured underside for grip on multiple floor types
- Comes with towel, storage bag and 3 straps
Who it's for
Fits anyone wanting one large mat to turn a room or garage into a home gym for HIIT, yoga or weight training, especially over concrete or hardwood. Less useful if you only need a small single-person yoga mat, since this is sized and priced for covering a larger floor area.
Pros and cons
- Large enough to cover multi-person or full home-gym spaces
- Dense PVC grips carpet, tile and concrete
- 7mm thickness cushions joints without feeling unstable under weights
- Includes fiber towel, storage bag and 3 carry straps
- Can stick to floors in humid conditions
Performance notes
The 7mm thickness cushions joints on hard flooring without feeling soft enough to interfere with lifting stability.
