Overview
A 64 fluid ounce, two-bottle pack of Brutus chicken and beef bone broth for dogs, formulated with chondroitin, glucosamine and turmeric and marketed as human grade for pouring over dry food.
Bone broth toppers like this one are meant to make dry kibble more appealing while adding joint-support ingredients in liquid form, which some dogs accept more readily than a powder or freeze-dried topper. Chondroitin and glucosamine paired with turmeric is a combination usually aimed at senior or active dogs rather than a nutritional base on its own.
- 64 fl oz, 2-bottle pack
- Chicken and beef broth flavor
- Chondroitin, glucosamine, turmeric added
- Human grade, no artificial additives noted
Who it's for
Suits owners looking for a liquid topper that encourages a dog to eat while adding joint-support ingredients alongside a meal. Not a fit for anyone needing a complete food, since this is a broth topper rather than a diet.
Pros and cons
- Chondroitin, glucosamine and turmeric for joint support
- Liquid format is easy to pour over dry food
- Two 64 fl oz bottles per pack
- Marketed as human grade with no artificial additives
- A topper, not a complete food
Performance notes
The broth works as a moisture and flavor add-on, encouraging dogs to finish dry food while delivering chondroitin, glucosamine and turmeric in each pour rather than through a pill or powder. Because it is a liquid, it also softens kibble slightly, which can help dogs that struggle to chew dry food.
