Overview
A person trying to eat less at meals gets a fiber drink to sip beforehand in Unicity Balance. Soluble fibers swell in the stomach to help curb appetite, while added chromium and vitamins round out the mix.
Taking soluble fiber before meals can help people feel full sooner, which is the point of the drink. The listing is muddled: specs name a strawberry flavor and the description an orange version, and fiber grams per serving are missing.
Who it's for
Adults managing appetite, including those following intermittent fasting, will find it fits before meals. Anyone on diabetes medicine or with digestive conditions should talk with a clinician first.
Pros and cons
- Soluble fiber helps curb appetite
- Includes chromium and vitamins
- Single serve stick packs
- Fiber grams not listed
- Flavor details conflict
- Serving count conflicts
Performance notes
Soluble fiber absorbs water and thickens in the gut, which slows digestion and adds a sense of fullness. Results depend on taking it before meals with enough water, which the listing does not quantify.
