Overview
A pink embossed floral peel-and-stick wallpaper with a silk-like texture, sold as a 17.7 by 118 inch roll covering 14.5 square feet. Marketed for bedrooms, nurseries and girls' rooms rather than full-house use.
The vinyl uses a 5-layer embossed construction that the listing says blocks underlying wall color and imperfections from showing through, with a gridded, numbered back for cutting. It is described as repositionable during application, with a scraper recommended to press down edges and smooth out wrinkles.
- 17.7 x 118 inch roll, 14.5 sq ft coverage
- 5-layer embossed, opaque-backed vinyl
- Repositionable during application
- Numbered grid backing for cutting
Who it's for
Parents or DIY decorators wanting a textured floral accent for a nursery, kids room or bedroom. Less suited to large multi-roll projects where exact color matching across rolls matters.
Pros and cons
- Opaque backing hides underlying wall color and marks
- Embossed silk-style texture adds depth to the print
- Repositionable while applying, not a one-shot placement
- Numbered grid backing for precise cuts
- One roll covers 14.5 square feet, so bigger walls need several rolls from the same batch
- Textured finish may not suit buyers wanting a flat matte print
Performance notes
The thickened, embossed vinyl is built to keep the underlying wall color or marks from showing through the pink print, and the gridded backing is meant to keep cuts numbered and consistent. Because it stays repositionable during application, a scraper is used afterward to set the edges and smooth any wrinkles rather than relying on the first press to be exact.
