A convenient small-item washer for apartments, travel, or delicates, though the mixed durability reports mean it is worth treating as a light-duty helper rather than a full washer replacement.

Overview
TOREAD's 13L washer is a small, foldable tub with a separate spin basket, meant for underwear, socks, baby clothes, and other light items rather than a full load of laundry. It weighs 5.29 lbs, folds flat for storage or travel, and runs three preset modes: a 5 minute speed wash, 10 minute standard wash, and 3 minute spin dry.
Listed capacity is roughly 8 pieces of underwear, 12 socks, 6 towels, 6 baby items, or 3 t shirts per load, which sets realistic expectations before buying. Owners are split on durability: several call it a genuine convenience for apartments or travel, while at least one describes a unit that stopped working after only a handful of uses within two months.
- 13L capacity when unfolded
- 3 modes: 5 min speed wash, 10 min standard wash, 3 min spin dry
- 5.29 lbs, foldable to 10,000+ folds rated
- Extendable bottom drain hose
Who it's for
Good fit for small households handling delicates, baby clothes, or travel laundry between machine loads. Not a fit for anyone hoping to wash regular sized adult loads, since the tub and modes are built around small, light items.
Pros and cons
- Folds flat for storage or travel
- Spin dry leaves items close to dry
- Handles baby clothes, socks, and delicates well
- Extendable drain hose avoids manual bailing
- Dial lacks a clearly marked drain setting

- At least one unit failed within two months of light use

Frequently asked questions
How much laundry does the TOREAD 13L washer hold?
The manufacturer lists roughly 8 underwear, 12 socks, 6 towels, 6 baby clothes, or 3 t-shirts per load.
Does it dry the clothes?
No, the spin dry mode removes water by spinning rather than heating, so clothes still need to air dry afterward.
Is it reliable long term?
Several owners report months of regular use with no issues, while at least one reviewer said their unit stopped working after only 6 to 7 uses.
