Overview
A centermount snorkel sized for children, with a purge valve, adjustable headpiece and forehead pad meant to keep the fit comfortable during pool lessons or swim team practice.
This is the training-only piece; a mask is not included. It targets shallow surface breathing rather than diving, so the value here is in fit and comfort for young swimmers still building confidence in the water. A top strap keeps the tube from wobbling once a stroke picks up.
- Centermount design for lap and lesson swimming
- Bottom purge valve for easy clearing
- Extra-thick foam forehead pad
- Adjustable strap with wobble-reducing top strap
Who it's for
Parents buying a first or replacement snorkel for a child in swim lessons or age-group training. Not built for adult heads or for deeper snorkeling or diving use.
Pros and cons
- Purge valve clears water without lifting the head
- Padded, adjustable headpiece sized for kids
- Reinforced top strap reduces wobble
- Mouthpiece reported to wear out within eight months
- Mask sold separately
Performance notes
The purge valve at the base lets a swimmer clear water with a short exhale instead of lifting the head, and the extra-thick forehead foam plus adjustable strap are meant to stop the tube shifting mid-stroke.
