Overview
Hunting from a stand or on foot with a single cam bow is what Bear built the Species XT RTH for, shipping it with accessories for right handed archers. The aluminum bow comes finished in Mossy Oak Bottomland camo with black.
A single cam layout and bundled accessories make this a straightforward route to a hunting setup. Heavy poundage and a long listed length limit who can shoot it well, and its weight is missing from the listing.
Who it's for
Strong right handed bowhunters after a camo bow they can set up quickly should consider it. Smaller framed archers and left handed shooters ought to steer clear.
Pros and cons
- Single cam layout
- Accessories bundled for hunting
- Mossy Oak Bottomland camo
- Bow weight not listed
- Right handed only
- Accessory contents unnamed
- Heavy poundage for beginners
Performance notes
Shot consistency depends on matching listed draw length to your own reach and on holding full poundage without strain. With one cam doing the work there is no second cam to synchronize, so tuning centers on rest and sight alignment.
