Overview
The Element EHUF21CECS is a 21.2 cu ft upright freezer in a stainless finish, built with a button-operated switch that converts it to refrigerator duty and backed by Energy Star certification.
Rather than swapping in a separate fridge, the conversion button changes the unit's operating mode from freezing to refrigeration temperatures on demand. A temperature control panel manages the setting, LED lighting covers the interior, and basket storage is built in for smaller items. Details on the exact temperature range aren't listed.
- 21.2 cu ft capacity
- Button-operated freezer to fridge conversion
- Energy Star certified
- LED interior lighting with basket storage
Who it's for
This fits anyone wanting upright freezer storage with the option to run it as a fridge occasionally, in a stainless finish. It's not the choice for someone who wants a dedicated single-purpose freezer with a published temperature range up front.
Pros and cons

Performance notes
Switching modes is done at the control panel rather than through a separate mechanical process, so no tools or manual intervention are needed to go from freezer to fridge. LED lighting is built into the interior, and basket storage is included, though the number and placement of baskets isn't detailed in the listing.
