Overview
This Canavy 3-pack is a replacement refrigerator water filter for LG models using the LT700P or LT700PC cartridge, along with compatible Kenmore models such as 9690 and 46-9690.
This is a third-party compatible filter, not an LG or Kenmore branded cartridge, so fit depends on matching your fridge model against the compatibility list rather than assuming universal fit. It uses a coconut shell carbon block instead of a generic charcoal filter, which is the main technical difference from cheaper unbranded alternatives.
- Compatible with LG LT700P, LT700PC, ADQ36006101/02
- Also fits Kenmore 9690, 46-9690 and related numbers
- NSF/ANSI 42 and 372 certified, BPA-free
- Rated 300 gallons or about 6 months per filter
Who it's for
Suits LG or Kenmore fridge owners on the compatible model list who want a lower-cost alternative to the OEM filter. Not for owners of fridges outside the listed model numbers, where fit is not guaranteed.
Pros and cons
- Fits listed LG LT700P and Kenmore 9690 models
- Coconut carbon block filtration, NSF certified
- Noticeably cheaper than the OEM cartridge
- 3-pack covers roughly 18 months of replacements
- Fit depends on matching the compatible model list
- Not an OEM-branded cartridge
- Rated life drops with heavier household water use
- No fit guarantee outside the listed models
Performance notes
A coconut shell carbon block with a 0.5 micron filtration layer reduces chlorine, taste, odor and listed contaminants including VOCs and THMs, rated NSF/ANSI 42 and 372 for chlorine reduction and lead-free compliance. Each filter is rated for roughly 300 gallons or about 6 months of typical use, with an included sticker to track replacement timing.
