Overview
An extra-large home gym floor mat offered in 7x5, 8x6, or 10x6 ft sizes at 8mm thick, with a double-sided non-slip texture meant for full-body movement.
The mat is built as a 3-layer system: a wear-resistant top, a shock-absorbing foam mid-layer, and a gripped base, positioned to cover more floor than a standard single mat for moves like jump rope, HIIT, or partner workouts.
- Available in 7x5, 8x6, and 10x6 ft sizes
- 8mm high-density foam construction
- Double-sided non-slip texture
- Water-resistant surface that rolls up for storage
Who it's for
Fits home gym or garage setups needing one large mat to cover the floor for cardio, strength, or mixed training rather than a single yoga-sized mat. Less useful for anyone who wants a lightweight mat to fold and carry.
Pros and cons
- Covers a large floor footprint in one piece
- 8mm foam core cushions joints under high-impact training
- Water-resistant surface wipes clean
- No owner feedback yet to confirm long-term grip or durability
Performance notes
The 8mm high-density foam core is meant to cushion joints during high-impact moves like jump rope or HIIT, while the textured top and gripped underside are designed to keep the mat from sliding on hard flooring.
