Overview
Small inflatable Pilates ball, 9 inches deflated, made from PVC and shipped with a hand pump. Suits Pilates, yoga, physical therapy, and core stability work done at home.
One reviewer found the shell thin and prone to popping, so treat it as a controlled-space training aid rather than gym floor gear. The white air-stopper plug has to be removed before pumping, which trips up first-time buyers since no instructions ship in the box.
- 9-inch diameter deflated, adjustable down to about 6 inches
- PVC construction
- Pump included
- Deflate valve for storage and travel
Who it's for
Suits Pilates and yoga practitioners, physical therapy patients, and anyone doing core stability drills at home who wants an adjustable-firmness ball. Not a fit for buyers wanting a large stability ball for full-body balance work.
Pros and cons
- Thin material per at least one review
- No printed inflation instructions in the box
- Small size limits it to targeted core work
Performance notes
Inflation size is adjustable between roughly 6 and 9 inches by controlling how much air goes in, letting buyers dial in firmness for different exercises. The ball ships deflated with a plug that must be removed before the pump will work.
