Overview
At 39 inches deep, 12 inches wide and 18.5 inches tall, the FF FF-TB022304 is a non-foldable grey weight bench built from alloy steel and listed at 22 pounds.
The narrow 12-inch width points to a flat or adjustable-back bench meant to sit under a bar rather than a wide multi-station platform, and because it is non-foldable it needs a permanent spot rather than closet storage. At 22 pounds it is light enough for one person to reposition.
- 39"D x 12"W x 18.5"H
- Non-foldable fixed frame
- Alloy steel construction
- 22 pounds
Who it's for
Home lifters with room for a fixed bench who don't need it to fold away between sessions.
Pros and cons
- Light enough at 22 pounds to reposition easily
- Alloy steel frame
- Non-foldable, needs permanent floor space
- Narrow 12-inch width limits use for wider exercises
Performance notes
Alloy steel framing keeps the 22-pound weight low while still providing the rigidity a bench needs under load. The 12-inch width is narrower than many multi-purpose benches, consistent with a bar-focused rather than dumbbell-focused design.
