Overview
Babies taking their first sips away from breast or bottle get a soft, spill-proof spout in the NUK Learner Cup. Removable anti-slip handles help small hands hold on, and an air vent cuts swallowed air.
NUK makes the first cup simple with a gentle spout, Sesame Street designs and handles that come off later. The small capacity suits early learners more than thirsty toddlers.
Who it's for
Early cup training at home is where these small cups shine, with characters that grab attention. Older toddlers will outgrow the size quickly.
Pros and cons
- Gentle soft spout
- Two cups in a pack
- Age guidance inconsistent
- Spout teaches sucking, not open sips
Performance notes
The spout releases liquid when sipped and closes otherwise, which is what makes it spill-proof. The air vent equalizes pressure so babies swallow less air while drinking.
