Overview
The Azzwngy SH619 is a slope-compensated golf laser rangefinder with a magnetic cart mount and USB-C charging, sold as a kit with a hardshell case and lanyard.
The magnetic mount is the weak point, with one reviewer losing the unit off a cart after it slid loose on a bump.
- Flag lock in under 0.5 seconds with vibration confirmation
- Slope compensation for uphill and downhill shots
- USB-C rechargeable battery
- Ships with hardshell case, lanyard, and cleaning cloth
Who it's for
Golfers who want slope-adjusted distances, a fast flag lock, and cart-mount convenience in one rechargeable unit, especially buyers comparing it against pricier name-brand rangefinders.
Pros and cons
- Accuracy landed within a couple yards of a premium Bushnell unit in one comparison
- Flag lock confirms the pin with a vibration rather than background objects
- USB-C rechargeable, no disposable batteries
- Comes with a hardshell case, lanyard, and cleaning cloth
- Magnetic mount reportedly slides loose over bumps
- At least one buyer found readings inconsistent
Performance notes
The SH619 locks onto the flag in under half a second per the listing, confirming the pin rather than background objects with a short vibration pulse. Slope compensation adjusts yardage for uphill and downhill shots, and 7x magnification with continuous scan helps track flags, hazards, and trees. It charges over USB-C and ships with a hardshell case, lanyard, and cleaning cloth.
