Overview
A home office by day and a kitchen or bedroom screen by night is where this LG Smart Monitor Swing works, rolling on a wheeled base. Its touchscreen runs webOS apps on its own and connects to a laptop over a single USB-C cable.
Moving a big touchscreen between rooms without a PC attached is what makes it different. The standard refresh rate and size make it a productivity and media screen rather than a gaming monitor.
Who it's for
Home offices, cooking demos and small business spaces suit its mobility and touch input. Competitive gamers and anyone short on floor space should skip it.
Pros and cons
- Rolls between rooms
- Touchscreen with built in apps
- Single cable laptop charging
- Rotates to portrait mode
- Standard refresh rate only
- Heavy rolling stand
- Takes floor space
Performance notes
The torsion spring hinge holds the panel at any height or angle without locking knobs. webOS runs streaming, video calls and Remote PC sessions on the monitor itself. USB-C carries video, data and laptop charging over one cable.
