A strong low-tracking, low-dust option for wood litter fans, with enough repeat multi-cat household use behind it to trust the odor control reports, though it is not entirely track-free.

Overview
Okocat Less Mess Low Tracking is an unscented wood clumping cat litter sold in 21.5 pound bags, made from mini wood pellets rather than clay, model L0921, positioned for households wanting reduced tracking and dust around the litter box.
Wood-pellet litters clump and scoop differently than clay, and that texture shift is the main adjustment cats and owners have to make.
- 21.5 pound bag of unscented mini wood pellets
- Made from wood fiber, described as biodegradable and compostable
- No added fragrance, dye, or clay dust per the listing
- Marketed for long haired cat breeds
Who it's for
Owners of long haired cats or anyone dealing with dust and litter tracked through the house, especially multi-cat households already comfortable with non-clay litter. Cats that dig vigorously or bury waste deep may do better on okocat's finer Original or Super Soft variants instead of this pellet size.
Pros and cons
- Noticeably less dust than clay, reported by multiple long-time litter users
- Odor stays controlled for several days between scoops
- Works in self-cleaning litter box systems
- Reduced tracking versus clay and crystal litters previously used
