Overview
A countertop, plug-in range hood meant to sit near a portable burner or hot pot setup, not a vented hood installed over a fixed range.
This targets indoor hot pot and tabletop BBQ setups where a built-in range hood isn't available, rather than replacing a full kitchen ventilation system. It ships with three filters, a grease filter and a carbon filter alongside a polymer filter, and can also take an optional HEPA filter for finer air purification. Being a desktop unit, its exhaust capacity and noise rating are built for a single tabletop appliance, not a full stove.
- 2-speed exhaust fan for tabletop cooking setups
- Ships with polymer, carbon, and grease filters; compatible with an optional HEPA filter
- Detachable aluminum filter with a separate oil collection cup
- Rated at 6.5 sones or below at maximum speed
Who it's for
Apartment dwellers or anyone running a portable burner, hot pot, or indoor BBQ setup who needs localized smoke and odor extraction. Not a substitute for a vented range hood over a full cooktop.
Pros and cons
- Detachable filter simplifies cleaning
- 2-speed control adjusts suction
- Compact enough for apartment storage
- Large oil collection cup catches grease
- Sized for tabletop use, not full stoves
Performance notes
A 2-speed exhaust fan pulls air through a detachable aluminum grease filter, with the option to add a HEPA filter for finer air purification. The listed noise rating tops out at 6.5 sones on the highest speed, and the recycled ABS housing carries a matte, scratch-resistant finish. Its compact, lightweight build is meant for moving between a table setup and storage rather than fixed installation.
