Fitgoods Foldable Adjustable Weight Bench 700 lb

Overview

The Fitgoods adjustable weight bench is a foldable, alloy steel home gym bench in black, listed with a 700 pound capacity and folded dimensions of 48 by 16.1 by 19.5 inches.

A folding bench trades some rigidity for storage convenience, letting it stand upright or slide out of the way between sessions, which matters most for home gyms with limited space. The seller lists a 700 pound capacity, a figure worth weighing against your own combined bar and body weight before relying on it for heavy pressing. At 9.62 kilograms, about 21 pounds, the frame itself is on the lighter side for a steel bench, so stability near the top of that stated capacity is worth testing carefully.

• Foldable design
• 700 lb stated capacity
• 48 x 16.1 x 19.5 in
• Alloy steel, black finish

Who it's for

Suits home gym users short on space who want a bench that folds away between sessions. Lifters pushing toward very heavy loads may want to weigh the light frame weight against the stated capacity before trusting it fully.

Pros and cons

Performance notes

Folding benches use a hinge mechanism to collapse the frame flat or upright, which is convenient for storage but adds a moving joint that a fixed bench does not have. The alloy steel build and black finish are standard for this bench category, with the seller's 700 pound capacity claim not independently confirmed here.
