Overview
Digital day and night rifle scope built around Sony's STARVIS 2 sensor, ED glass lenses, and a 60Hz 1920x1080 Micro-OLED display, with a built-in infrared illuminator and no laser rangefinder on this version.
A handful of buyers received units with early defects such as failure to power on or trouble holding zero, though in the cases described, DNT's customer service replaced the units or handled it under warranty without argument.
- Sony STARVIS 2 sensor with ED glass lenses
- 60Hz 1920x1080 Micro-OLED display, 1800 nit peak brightness
- Built-in infrared illuminator for night use
- Five adjustable brightness levels
Who it's for
Suits hunters who want a single scope that works from daylight through full dark without swapping optics, including hog hunters working out to a few hundred yards. Less suited to anyone needing a built-in laser rangefinder, since this version excludes that feature, or to buyers unwilling to deal with an occasional early defect that needs a warranty exchange.
Pros and cons
- Clear image quality in daylight and low light
- Compact and lighter than comparable digital night vision optics
- Customer service resolved early defects under warranty
- No laser rangefinder on this version
- Battery life inconsistent, some needed upgraded batteries
- Some units arrived defective or lost zero
