Overview
A backyard with overhead limbs, hedges and ragged edges gets one battery powered kit covering all three jobs. A mini chainsaw head, a hedge trimmer head and a grass trimmer blade all work with an extension pole and the supplied batteries.
The package is generous on extras: a second chain, a second battery, gloves, goggles and an oil bottle all come in the box. Small chain length is the compromise, and the listing gives no extended reach or runtime figure.
Who it's for
Overhead pruning from the ground, tidy hedges and trimmed grass edges are the jobs the listing describes. Tree work involving large diameter wood or long daily sessions calls for a bigger saw.
Pros and cons
- Two batteries and two chains included
- Brushless motor listed
- Pole belt and shoulder strap supplied
- Gloves, goggles and chain sleeve included
- Short bar limits thick limbs
- Pole reach when extended is not listed
- Battery runtime figure missing
Performance notes
Cutting speed depends on chain speed and how well the battery holds voltage under load, and a brushless motor wastes less of that power as heat. A short chain limits the diameter of wood it can sever in one pass. Swapping between pole, hedge and grass heads changes the balance, so the shoulder strap matters during long overhead sessions.
