Overview
Travel trips and couch practice suit the Cort Earth Go, a three-quarter mini dreadnought with an unlaminated spruce top. Built-in HyVibe electronics add reverb, delay and more, a looper, tuner and metronome, and can play Bluetooth backing tracks through the guitar.
Effects and backing tracks with no amp make practice more fun anywhere. The small body and short scale suit kids and smaller hands but give up the volume of a full-size guitar.
Who it's for
Players on the move or beginners with smaller frames who enjoy practicing with effects. Adults wanting a full body and longer scale should size up.
Pros and cons
- Unlaminated spruce top
- Built-in effects and looper
- Bluetooth speaker function
- Tuner and metronome onboard
- Short scale feels cramped
- Warranty not listed
- Smaller body, less volume
Performance notes
The unlaminated top vibrates more freely than laminate, which shapes tone and projection. The smart system drives the top itself to produce effects, so how loud they sound depends on the small body.
