Overview
Plug in a console or streaming box and watch films on self-lit pixels that switch off completely for true black. Sony's XR processor tunes each scene, and the bundle adds an AudioQuest high-bandwidth HDMI cable.
Self-emitting pixels deliver inky blacks and strong contrast in dim rooms, and the game menu puts gaming settings in one place. OLED brightness trails Mini LED in sunny rooms, so placement matters.
Who it's for
Film lovers and PlayStation players who want deep blacks and smooth motion get an OLED with a dedicated game menu. Viewers in bright, sunny rooms may prefer a brighter Mini LED set.
Pros and cons
- True black from self-lit pixels
- Fast refresh for gaming
- Four HDMI inputs
- Stand fits a soundbar
- OLED dimmer than Mini LED in sun
- Speaker power not listed
- Wall mount not included
Performance notes
Contrast comes from each pixel producing its own light, so dark areas turn fully off beside bright highlights. The XR Contrast Booster and a temperature sensor manage panel brightness, while the high refresh rate holds fast motion clear in games and sports.
