Overview
Top Water Co.'s Speed Clips ship as a sample pack of stainless steel snap clips, meant to let anglers try the connector before committing to a single size.
Quick-change clips like these let an angler swap lures without re-tying a knot, which matters most when working through several bait styles in one outing. Because this is billed as a sample pack, the assortment appears aimed at letting a buyer test fit and strength across sizes rather than stocking one size in bulk. Stainless steel resists corrosion better than plain steel snaps, which matters for anglers who fish saltwater or leave gear in a tackle box between trips.
- Stainless steel snap clips
- Sample pack format
- Quick lure changes without re-tying
Who it's for
Fits anglers who want to test a snap clip style across lure sizes before buying in bulk, or who like to keep a small assorted set on hand. Anglers who already know their preferred clip size may prefer buying that size alone in quantity.
Pros and cons
- Stainless steel resists corrosion
- Sample format lets an angler test sizes before buying more
- No piece count or size breakdown given
- Not a bulk pack of a single size
Performance notes
Stainless steel construction holds up to repeated open-and-close cycles and resists rust better than plated steel, which matters for clips that live in a wet tackle box. As a sample assortment, the pack trades bulk quantity of any one size for variety.
