Overview
Not a teddy bear or an animal, the Amuseable Cherries are a pair of fruit characters in squishable fuchsia fur. They wear kicky cord boots, suedey stems and a cordy green leaf, and need no batteries.
Character is the reason to buy: cherry twins with boots, stems and a leaf in bright reddish pink fur. Filling and care instructions are absent from the listing, which matters for a gift aimed at very young children.
Who it's for
Gift givers looking for something quirky and small, or collectors of the Amuseable line, will enjoy the twin cherries. Shoppers after a big huggable toy or a single plush figure should look at another Jellycat.
Pros and cons
- Two characters in one set
- Squishable fuchsia fur
- Cord boots and cordy leaf details
- No batteries needed
- Small for cuddling
- Filling material not listed
- Unclear whether the cherries join at the stem
Performance notes
Feel comes from the plush fabric fur, which the listing calls squishable. Cord boots, suedey stems and a cord leaf add texture to the round bodies. With a small size and light weight, the pair suits being carried around more than being hugged at night.
