Overview
Swinging at a tee ball gets easier with the Axe Warp, a light one-piece composite bat with a large barrel and the brand's angled handle. The handle sets small hands in a natural grip for a cleaner path to the ball.
Easier contact is the case for it: a light composite build, a big barrel and a handle shaped to guide the swing. Approval for USA Baseball tee ball leagues makes it league legal. It is restricted to approved tee balls, which limits how long a child will use it.
Who it's for
First-year players learning to make contact get a light bat with a forgiving barrel. Families whose child is about to face pitched balls should buy for that level.
Pros and cons
- Light composite for easy control
- Large barrel for more contact
- Axe Handle guides grip and swing
- USA Baseball tee ball approved
- Approved tee balls only
- Single length and weight in this listing
Performance notes
Weight and drop govern how easily a young child controls the swing, and the composite build holds the weight down. The barrel size sets the contact area. The Axe Handle's shape positions the hands, which shapes the swing path.
