Overview
Grinding whole beans and brewing espresso or black coffee at a button press is what this Jura machine does. A full-size brewing unit and pulsed extraction draw out crema, and two cups can be made side by side.
Fresh grinding with a pulsed extraction gives espresso with real crema in a compact body. It is built around black coffee, so milk drinks need a separate frother.
Who it's for
Black coffee fans with limited counter space get a bean-to-cup machine that brews two at once. People who mostly drink milk-based drinks need a model with a milk system.
Pros and cons
- Grinds whole beans fresh
- Pulsed extraction for crema
- Two cups at once
- Simple four-button panel
- No milk system listed
- Wi-Fi needs optional add-on
Performance notes
The grinder doses fresh grounds into a full-size brewing unit, and pulsed water flow controls extraction time for stronger or milder shots. The dual-cup function splits one brew between two cups. Results depend on bean freshness, since the machine grinds per cup.
