Overview
UGREEN builds this aluminum switch with a push button on the body and a separate controller on a wire. It routes three displays plus a keyboard, mouse and other USB devices between two computers, and it also lists consoles and set-top boxes.
The reason to buy is the full set of cables and the long list of devices it can share. The limit is that the listing gives no details on USB speed, hot-key control or how many USB ports there are.
Who it's for
Think of a desk with a work laptop and a gaming PC feeding the same trio of screens. A buyer with three or more computers, or one who relies on exact USB specs, should check a fuller listing.
Pros and cons
- Three monitors from one switch
- Push button and controller switching
- Lists consoles and streaming boxes
- Only two computers supported
- USB port count not listed
- USB speed not listed
- Compliance listed as partial
Performance notes
The switch passes video and USB signals to whichever computer is selected, so picture quality follows the source and the cables. The top resolution only applies if every link in the chain supports it, including the monitor and the computer output. Switching is by hand, with no software to configure.
