Overview
Isido's personal steam sauna adds 660nm red, 850nm infrared and 470nm blue light therapy panels to a 3L, 1300W steamer, with a 71 x 32 x 32 inch tent sized for users up to 6 feet 7 inches and an included folding chair.
Beyond the steam function common to portable saunas, the light therapy panel is the differentiator here, running two combined modes across red, infrared and blue wavelengths for use alongside the steam. The unit is rated to reach up to 130degF, affected by ambient conditions, and the maker states it has passed 60335 and 499 safety testing with stainless steel support brackets replacing weaker frame materials.
- 71 x 32 x 32 inch tent for users up to 6'7"
- 3L, 1300W steamer with 9 heat levels
- Red, infrared and blue light therapy, 2 modes
- Stainless steel brackets, passed 60335 and 499 testing
Who it's for
Fits someone taller than average who wants a seated steam sauna combined with light therapy at home. Less suited to anyone who only wants a basic steam tent without the light panel, since that adds cost and complexity.
Pros and cons
- Interior sized for users up to 6 feet 7 inches, with an included folding chair
- Two combined light therapy modes across red, infrared and blue wavelengths
- 6 to 10 minute heat-up with 9 adjustable levels

Performance notes
The 1300W steamer with a 360-degree steam nozzle is stated to heat the tent in 6 to 10 minutes across 9 settings, up to a maximum of about 130degF depending on the room. The light therapy panel runs two modes combining 660nm red, 850nm infrared and 470nm blue wavelengths, each with near-infrared activation layered in. A zippered clear window lets the head be exposed for air without leaving the tent, and a remote (battery not included) controls settings from outside.
