Overview
NUK pairs a soft silicone straw with a weighted end in this Moana learner cup, so the straw follows the liquid and baby can sip at any angle. Removable anti-slip handles help small hands, and the spill-proof design limits messes.
Drinking at any tilt suits babies still learning to lift a cup, and the handles come off once they grow. The weighted straw is an extra part to wash, and lid details are not given.
Who it's for
Older babies learning to drink on their own suit a weighted straw cup. Parents who prefer fewer parts to clean may find it fiddly.
Pros and cons
- Weighted straw works at any angle
- Soft on gums and teeth
- Spill and leak proof
- Straw parts need careful cleaning
- Character theme not for everyone
Performance notes
The weighted straw drops into the liquid wherever the cup tilts, so baby gets a drink even when holding it at an angle. The soft silicone straw is gentle on gums, and the sealed design is what limits spills.
