Foldable Adjustable Weight Bench 660 lb

Overview

Weighing 26 pounds, the YLD156 is a carbon steel adjustable bench finished in black, with listed dimensions of 46 inches deep, 13.8 inches wide and 43 inches tall.

At 26 pounds this bench is light enough for one person to move or store between sessions, which is the main appeal of a compact adjustable bench over a heavier commercial frame. The listed 13.8 inch width is narrow for a bench footprint, so it may reflect a folded measurement rather than the pad width in use; check the listing images before assuming seat dimensions.

• Material: carbon steel
• Weight: 26 pounds
• Dimensions: 46"D x 13.8"W x 43"H

Who it's for

Suits a home gym user who needs to fold and stash a bench between workouts, particularly in a smaller space. Less suited to someone wanting a heavier, more planted bench for maximal lifts.

Pros and cons

Performance notes

Bench stability during heavy pressing comes largely from frame weight and base width. At 26 pounds the YLD156 sits toward the lighter end for adjustable benches, which favors portability over the planted feel of a heavier frame.
