Overview
A 7-piece fishing tool kit built around a fluoropolymer-coated stainless steel fillet knife, corrosion-resistant pliers, a fish lip gripper and a hook remover. The knife's sheath includes a built-in sharpening stone. Aimed at anglers who want a compact, carry-along tool set instead of buying each tool separately.
- 7-piece kit including knife, pliers, scissors, lip gripper and hook remover
- Fluoropolymer-coated stainless steel fillet knife with built-in sheath sharpener
- Corrosion-resistant carbon steel pliers with a safety lock
- Wide-jaw lip gripper for secure, low-damage fish handling
Who it's for
Suits anglers who want one compact case covering the basics of fish handling, from unhooking to filleting, rather than assembling separate premium tools. Works as a gift for a fishing enthusiast given the included case and variety of tools. Less suited to anglers who already own dedicated premium versions of each individual tool.
Pros and cons
- Fillet knife sheath includes a built-in sharpener
- Scissors cut through heavy braided line
- Compact case clips onto a belt or bag
- Covers hook removal, fish handling and cutting in one kit
- Some secondary tools feel less sturdy than the knife and scissors
