Overview
A mid-century nursery is where the Babyletto Palma belongs, with flared legs and a low profile frame. It starts as a bassinet with an included pad, then converts to a standard crib and a toddler bed using hardware from the same box.
Starting as a bassinet and growing into a toddler bed means one piece of furniture covers the early years. Several stages need purchases, including a crib mattress, fitted sheets and the optional midi kit.
Who it's for
Parents who want a bassinet and a crib in one design for a styled nursery will appreciate the conversions. Families looking for a portable play yard or a complete bundle with mattress should look elsewhere.
Pros and cons
- Bassinet and toddler kits in the box
- Low emission certification
- Sustainably sourced wood
- Bassinet pad included
- Crib mattress sold separately
- Midi kit sold separately
- Very heavy to move
- Weight limits not listed
Performance notes
Conversion works through hardware kits that change the frame from bassinet to crib to toddler bed. Certified low chemical emissions mean finishes release fewer VOCs into the nursery air. Each stage needs its own sized mattress or sheets.
