Overview
Tight whitetail treestands, ground blinds and western spot-and-stalk hunts all suit the Force DS, which stays compact and maneuverable. PSE pairs a cast aluminum riser with the FDS cam and a fixed let-off module for a smooth draw and steady hold.
Compact length and a forgiving brace height make it easy to handle in blinds. Real speed comes from the cam system. It ships as a bow only, so accessories and tuning add to setup time.
Who it's for
Experienced bowhunters who already own accessories or work with a pro shop will appreciate the speed and size. New archers who want everything in one box should look at a package bow.
Pros and cons
- Fast for its size
- Compact for blinds and stands
- Smooth draw cycle
- Wide draw length range
- Bow only, no accessories
- Right hand only in this listing
- Fixed let-off module
Performance notes
The FDS cam sets a smooth draw and steady hold at full draw. A moderate brace height balances speed with forgiveness. Draw length must be set to the archer before shooting, usually at a pro shop.
