Overview
Punching in by face, fingerprint, RFID card or PIN, employees use this wall-mounted time clock from NGTeco. It plugs into mains power, connects by WiFi to remote software and an app, and shows information on a digital screen.
Four identification methods let a mixed team choose what works for them, and remote access lets a manager review time from elsewhere. The listing leaves out supported employee counts and the exact WiFi bands.
Who it's for
A shop, clinic or office with fixed staff and shift patterns can customize schedules and review reports remotely. Workplaces that lack wireless internet or need outdoor use should look at other clocks.
Pros and cons
- Four ways to identify employees
- Remote access with app and software
- Customizable shift settings
- Mains powered, no battery to charge
- WiFi bands not stated
- Employee limit not stated
- Indoor use only
Performance notes
The device matches a face, a fingerprint, a card or a code and sends each punch over WiFi to the cloud software. Because it is corded, it runs without battery management, but it needs a power outlet at the mounting spot.
