Overview
Dreame builds this robot mower around 3D LiDAR and dual vision AI so it can map a yard without a boundary wire. All wheel drive, an edge trimming mode and a 4G GPS anti-theft system round out the feature set.
A light frame and strong slope rating make it useful on hilly lawns, and 4G tracking adds peace of mind. The narrow deck lengthens mowing time, and the listing is silent on battery runtime.
Who it's for
Owners of hilly or irregular lawns who dislike boundary wire fit the target. Properties of several acres will want a wider machine.
Pros and cons
- Steep slope rating
- 4G GPS anti-theft
- Narrow cutting width
- Battery runtime missing
- 4G service length limited to first year
Performance notes
LiDAR and cameras map the lawn and sense obstacles, so clean sensors and clear sky for GPS help accuracy. Slope climbing depends on traction from all wheel drive. A narrow cutting path means more passes, which increases total mowing time on large lawns.
