Overview
Not a hard cooler and not a plain lunch sack, the Igloo Tag Along is an insulated satchel with a sturdy EVA base that holds its shape. A removable strap and top handles carry it, and the wide opening makes reaching in easy.
Fashion-forward looks and an upright base make it a nice everyday picnic bag. It is small and the cooling time is not listed.
Who it's for
Picnickers and commuters get a chic, easy-carry cooler bag. Groups and campers need a larger hard cooler.
Pros and cons
- Holds its shape
- Shoulder strap and handles
- Front pocket for extras
- Ice retention not listed
Performance notes
Insulation thickness and lid seal govern how long it stays cold, neither of which is specified. The EVA base stops it slumping when partly full, which stops items from crushing. Opening wide makes loading quick but lets cold out faster.
