Overview
Furrytail's self-cleaning litter box targets multi-cat households, with app control, safety sensors and a large lidded bin measuring over 22 inches in each dimension.
The box pairs mechanical raking with smart safety sensors meant to pause the cycle if a cat is detected inside, and the app lets an owner monitor cleaning remotely. At 34 lbs and over 22 inches per side, it is sized for a real litter room or corner rather than a tight bathroom. Forty bags are included to cover the startup period.
- App-controlled self-cleaning cycle
- Smart safety sensors
- Sized for multi-cat homes
- Ships with 40 litter bags
Who it's for
Multi-cat households wanting a large capacity self-cleaning box managed from a phone. Not ideal for apartments with limited floor space, given its size and weight.
Pros and cons
- Large capacity suited to multiple cats
- App control for remote monitoring
- Safety sensors pause the cycle when a cat is present
- Comes with 40 starter bags
- Large 34 lb footprint requires dedicated floor space
Performance notes
The unit automates raking and waste collection on a schedule, with smart sensors intended to detect a cat's presence and interrupt the cycle for safety. App control extends monitoring beyond the room, letting an owner check status or adjust settings remotely. The mesh filter and urine guard are aimed at containing odor within the sealed bin.
