Mellow Marshmellow Down Alternative Comforter King

Overview

A King/Cali King comforter in sand with double stuffed vegan down alternative fill and an OEKO-TEX Class I certified shell, aimed at hot sleepers who still want the puffed up hotel bed look.

Mellow doubles the fill of a standard comforter but keeps the fabric heat adaptive, so the loft comes from air trapped in the layers rather than dense insulation. The box stitch keeps that fill locked in place instead of sliding to the corners over time, which is the usual failure point on cheaper double stuffed comforters.

• Double stuffed 2X fill for a marshmallow look
• OEKO-TEX Class I certified fabric shell
• Box stitch construction resists shifting and clumping
• Machine washable vegan down alternative fill

Who it's for

Suited to people who run warm at night but still want a thick, cloud like comforter rather than a thin summer quilt. Works as a standalone comforter or slipped inside an existing duvet cover.

Pros and cons

Performance notes

The double fill gives the visual puff, but the temperature balancing fiber is what stops that puff from turning into overheating, and the box stitch pattern is what keeps the fill from bunching into clumps after repeated nights and washes.
