Overview
Narwal builds the Freo robot around a track mop that is rinsed through nozzles, scraped and drained while it cleans, so dirty water is not spread back onto floors. Strong suction and tangle-free brushes handle pet hair, and a dual-camera system steers around clutter.
Mopping is the standout, with fresh water and hot washes keeping the mop clean on the move and at the dock. Expect a one-year warranty and an app-heavy setup.
Who it's for
Homes with pets, kitchens with sticky spills and multi-floor layouts get deep automation. Owners of a single small room will not use most of the features.
Pros and cons
- Mop rinsed during cleaning
- Hot water loosens kitchen grease
- Zero-tangle main and side brushes
- Dual-camera obstacle avoidance
- Only a one-year warranty
- Many features need the app
- Dock size not listed
Performance notes
A track mop presses down with steady force and is rinsed through nozzles as it turns, so it scrubs with clean water instead of a soiled pad. Cameras identify household objects to avoid, and high suction pulls hair from carpet while the brushes resist wrapping.
